How do I stay logged in?
go to 'tools'
select 'internet options'
click on 'privacy'
select 'advanced'
select 'override automatic cookie handling'
select 'accept' in both columns
select 'always allow session cookies'
then 'ok' or 'accept' out of the menu. It should work the next time you post.
What does the letters "nm" or "np" mean at the end of a subject line?
nm = no message (in the message area)
np = no post (in the message area)

a. To create a link, you'll need to enter the full URL in the "Optional Link URL" box. An example of a URL is http://www.thewebsite.com/~story/. You must include the http:// prefix, or the URL will not work.
q. What if there isn't an "Optional Link URL" box? Is there another way to post a link?
a. If the administrator does not allow links, but does allow HTML on their board, you can use HTML code to post a link to the site. An example of this is <a href=http://www.thewebsite.com/~story/>Title of Link</a>.

a. First of all, you'll need to find a place on the internet to store the image. Most likely, you have space available where your website is hosted.

Some free webspace providers do not allow you to remotely load images from their servers. The image may be showing up the first few times you visit your board after you add them, just because it is stored in your browser's cache from viewing it previously. If you want the image to display correctly, you may need to find another place to store your images.
